California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Rights
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the CCPA, including:
- Right to Know: You may request what personal information we collect, use, share, and sell.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: You may opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
- Right to Correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Limit Use: You may limit our use of sensitive personal information.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
Note: Delvore does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising in exchange for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, we do use analytics and advertising technologies that may constitute "sharing" under CCPA definitions.
How to Submit a Privacy Request
Step 1: Email Your Request
Send an email to help@delvore.com with the subject line: "Privacy Request"
Step 2: Specify Your Request Type
Clearly indicate which right you are exercising:
- Access: "I request access to my personal information"
- Correction: "I request correction of the following information: [details]"
- Deletion: "I request deletion of my personal information"
- Portability: "I request a copy of my data in a portable format"
- Opt-Out: "I opt out of marketing communications"
Step 3: Provide Verification Information
To verify your identity, please provide:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Order number(s) (if applicable)
- Any other information to help us verify your identity
Step 4: Response Timeline
We will respond to your request within 30 days or as required by applicable law. In some cases, we may need additional time or information to process your request.
Authorized Agent
You may authorize another person (an "authorized agent") to submit a privacy request on your behalf. If you do, we will require:
- Written authorization from you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf
- Proof of the agent's identity
- Your identity verification
Opt Out of Marketing Communications
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email from us, OR
- Emailing help@delvore.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe"
We will process your opt-out within 10 business days.
Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
Some browsers and devices allow you to send "Do Not Track" signals. While we take your privacy seriously, we do not currently respond to DNT signals in the way some regulations may require.
However, we do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out preference signal. If you enable GPC on your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of certain data uses.
